Dan Wiktorek is the Owner and Director of Peak Health & Performance and has spent nearly 30 years studying and applying the science of strength, conditioning, and athletic performance. He works with individuals at every level—from beginners to World Champion and Olympic athletes—using a disciplined, professional approach focused on measurable results.
Dan holds a Master’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science – Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and has trained internationally under leading experts in the field. His deep knowledge of human physiology, nutrition, and athlete development drives both his coaching philosophy and his commitment to developing Peak’s staff into highly respected performance professionals.
