The Assessment
As soon as you set foot into Peak Health & Performance, you sense that we’re different than other training facilities. It all starts with our comprehensive evaluation process. It is during this meeting that we gather the data used to narrow in on what’s required to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our evaluation sets the framework for designing your program and utilizes information covering your health, lifestyle, stress, neurophysiology, and body composition, to name a few.
The Program
Using all the information, data, and feedback gained during your evaluation, we plan a detailed training program that is geared to build the foundation of successive workouts and programs that will get you to reach your goals in the shortest time frame. We utilize real-time progress tracking and measure changes in body fat, strength, and other key health markers through our meticulous data collection via regular testing, daily workout tracking, and using our custom app and training software. These results are backed by decades of experience and hard science.
The Training
The application of your custom program through the training process is where the transformations occur. Proper execution of your program is key to unlocking your true potential, and we offer you three options: 1-on-1 personal training is the optimal approach for the fastest results; semi-private (2+ people) offers you the benefit of training with like-minded individuals sharing the same goals; and online training utilizing our custom training app to train on you own at your own gym, while receiving the same results-producing programming Peak Health & Performance is known for.
